This piece stems from discussions about the use of the N-word in casual conversation and the lyrical content in music produced by young people at Bollo Brook Youth Centre. In total, 30 young people took part in recorded discussions with art tutor Yasmin Dosanjh.
Over 18 hours of material were edited down to the extracts you can hear played in the Box. The Box itself was designed with a core group of young people. It poses some difficult questions.
